Robuk Engineering Pty Ltd is a privately owned, family-run business based in Hemmant, near the Port of Brisbane. We design, manufacture and sell premium custom-built aluminium and steel trailers, and our business is growing.

About the role

n

We're looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Store Supervisor and Production Manager, you'll keep our storeroom running smoothly, making sure materials and stock are received, stored and dispatched safely and accurately.

n

Shifts are rostered Monday to Friday, based on operational needs, with ongoing hours available for the right person.

What you'll do

n

- Receive, inspect and dispatch goods
n
- Operate a forklift to load, unload and move pallets, steel, aluminium and stock
n
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles
n
- Keep accurate inventory records, including goods receipting and data entry
n
- Monitor stock levels, and manage stock rotation, restocking and storage locations
n
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
n
- Label, sort and store stock accurately
n
- Carry out regular stocktakes
n
- Keep the storeroom clean,



organised and safe
n
- Work closely with the stores, production and workshop teams, and help with general workshop duties when needed
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
n
- Proven forklift experience, including loading and unloading trucks, pallets and stock
n
- At least two years' experience as a storeperson, in warehousing or in a similar role
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Good computer and data-entry skills, with experience using inventory management software
n
- Sound knowledge of safe manual handling and workplace safety
n
- Robust attention to detail and good organisational skills
n
- The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
n
- Ongoing casual hours, Monday to Friday
n
- Early finish on rostered Fridays
n
