We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join our growing team in Queensland. As a key member of our Queensland team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely valuation reports across a range of purposes including mortgage, family law, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties.

Analyse market trends and comparable sales data across various QLD regions.

Prepare comprehensive valuation reports these can be typed for you but you need to be skilled with spreadsheets. We provide templates for the document and calculations.

Maintain robust relationships with clients.

n

Stay up-to-date with local QLD property regulations and market movements.

n
