Job Description

- Conduct regular stock takes and maintains accurate, organized inventory records.
n
- Issue materials to production staff and ensure they receive the correct items for each job.
n
- Provide off-the-shelf materials to dispatch for outgoing orders.
n
- Manage and maintain the warehouse, ensuring that all materials are stored safely and correctly.
n
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
n
- Coordinate and unload overseas containers, inspect goods, and store them appropriately.
n
- Manage local customer deliveries using company vehicles.
n
- Assist post-operations and production teams when required.
n
- Operate forklifts, including high-reach units, to move heavy pallets and sheet materials safely.
n
- Use ERP systems for inventory and job tracking (Epicor experience highly regarded).
n
- Communicate clearly with operations, production, dispatch and management teams.
n
- Hands on experience with electric tools such as power saw, hand drill etc.
n

About You:

n

n
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles.
n
- Competent forklift operator with strong high-reach experience.
n
- Clean driving record with a current valid drivers licence
n
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work independently without constant supervision.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
n
- Confident communicator with a positive team approach.
n
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
n
- ERP or inventory software experience (Epicor is a bonus).
n
- Competent in general computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite.
n

Licenses Required:

n

n
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Forklift Licence (LF or LO).
n
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent residence or valid work visa.
n

Physical Requirements :

n

- Ability to lift and move materials (within safe manual-handling limits).
n
- Comfortable working around heavy pallets, sheet materials and machinery.
n
- Capable operating forklifts for extended periods when required.
n
