As part of the Vanguard team, you'll work across a diverse range of environments, including licensed venues and crowd control, major live music performances, private functions and weddings, community festivals and public events, patron and entry management, RSA compliance and intoxication management, incident response and de-escalation, and working alongside venue managers and event organisers to create safe, welcoming environments. Every shift is different, and every venue is an opportunity to represent one of the region's leading security providers.

About you
- Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence
- Current RSA Competency Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Professional in presentation and conduct
- Calm under pressure
- Approachable with patrons and staff
- Observant and proactive
- Capable of making sound decisions when situations arise
- Solid communication skills and the ability to de-escalate conflict
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Professional appearance and attitude
