About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and online enquiries.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport providers.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.




- Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.
- Work closely with sales, production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience within construction, manufacturing or building products industries will be highly regarded.
- Basic ability to read and understand construction drawings is an advantage
