LSM Advanced Composites is a respected national and multinational manufacturer of precision components using premium composite materials.

A position is available in our fabrication team for an enthusiastic and organised individual with excellent attention to detail.

The role is primarily the hands‑on manufacturing of components using advanced composite materials such as Carbon Fibre, Kevlar and Fibre Glass.

Primary Duties

- Follow set procedures for the manufacture of composite parts
- Maintain accurate records of actions at all stages of the manufacturing process
- Mould cleaning, preparation, maintenance and storage
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
- Participate in general housekeeping of workshop/work area

Successful applicants must have

- An enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to learn
- An ability to work independently
- A high level of focus




- Pride of workmanship to produce quality products first time
- Previous experience with the use of CNC machines or within a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential - training will be provided.

Hours

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm

This role will start as casual with the opportunity for permanent employment after a 6-month probation period upon demonstrating capabilities.
