We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and energetic Full time Café All-Rounder / Barista to join the team at Mr Paisley’s Café.
We’re a busy, established local café with a strong regular customer base, a friendly team and our own signature coffee blend, FIRST LOVE .
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety. You’ll be confident making great coffee, but also happy jumping in Juices, Smoothies wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing
- Making consistently great coffee
- Taking orders and using the POS
- Providing friendly,
genuine customer service
- Running food and drinks
- Clearing tables and keeping the café presentable
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Helping the team during busy service periods
- Working across all areas of the café when required
What we’re looking for

- Has previous café or hospitality experience
- Is confident on the coffee machine
- Can produce consistent, quality coffee
- Is fast, organised and comfortable in a busy café
- Has great customer service skills
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented

- Is happy to help wherever needed
- Is available for full-time hours, including weekends
