Job Description

Sharp & Carter seeks an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager for a newly created role delivering practical guidance across AFSL compliance, AML/CTF, risk management and governance within a private investment and family office group based in Melbourne.

The role reports to the CFO and involves engaging with the CEO and senior leaders to strengthen frameworks, conduct gap analyses and implement robust risk controls across the business.
