Traffic Allocator/ Service Delivery Co-ordinator

APX Traffic Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Traffic Allocator/Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Yallah, NSW. This is a pivotal role within our operations, responsible for managing the efficient allocation of traffic management resources and co-ordinating service delivery across our projects. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our clients receive seamless, professional traffic management services whilst optimising our operational efficiency and resource utilisation. This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on project success and customer satisfaction within the traffic management industry.

Key responsibilities

n

Allocate traffic management personnel and equipment to projects based on client requirements, project specifications and resource availability

n

Co-ordinate service delivery schedules to ensure all projects receive appropriate coverage and staffing levels

n





Maintain comprehensive records of resource allocation, project timings and service delivery metrics

n

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and field teams to confirm project requirements and manage expectations

n

Monitor project progress and resource utilisation in real-time, making adjustments as required to optimise efficiency

n

Respond to service queries and resolve allocation issues promptly to minimise disruption to operations

n

Prepare reports and documentation related to scheduling, resource allocation and service performance

n

Liaise with traffic management personnel to ensure they are properly briefed on project requirements and site-specific instructions

n

Support the management team in planning and forecasting resource requirements for upcoming projects

n

Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements in co-ordinating services

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience in traffic management, scheduling, resource allocation or a related construction/logistics co-ordination role

n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

n

Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

n

Proficiency in scheduling software (experience using Traffio preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

n

A detail-oriented approach with robust accuracy in record-keeping and reporting

n

Problem-solving capability and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances

n

Knowledge of traffic management practices, safety protocols and construction industry standards (highly desirable)

n

A valid driver's licence and willingness to visit project sites when required

n

The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

n

Relevant qualifications or certifications in traffic management would be advantageous

n
