Key Responsibilities:

n

- Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
n
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
n
- Working cooperative with a repeat client of the businesses.
n

About You:

n

n
- Proven experience as a PM or SPM.
n
- Must have experience and a passion for luxury apartment projects.
n
- Strong expertise in managing projects of $80M+ value.
n
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
n
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
n
- A real motivation to relocate to Queensland.
