We are a leading caravan dealership located in Brisbane's northern suburbs, and we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional service. You'll be an key part of our team, helping customers throughout their journey and ensuring they receive a positive experience from start to finish.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

n

- Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, walk-ins
n
- Fulfil customer orders and coordination of build and handover
n
- Ad-hoc administration duties relating to the dealership & showroom
n
- Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
n
- Ensure the showroom is set up and presentable for best customer experience
n
- Attendance at Caravan, 4X4 and Lifestyle Trade Shows
n




- Immerse in the Titanium Caravans Family culture
n
- Stay updated on new products and industry knowledge
n

n

Role Requirements and Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service
n
- Genuine interest in caravanning and 4x4 lifestyle
n
- Team player
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Intermediate/advanced IT skills
n
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Able to work independently and show initiative
n
- Sound organisational and time management skills
n

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday in Brisbane's Northern Suburbs. There will be some requirement for weekend work (at Dealership and Shows).
