We are recruiting on behalf of a well‐established, highly regarded law firm with office on Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. With ambitious growth plans, our client is looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to take ownership of the firm's enquiry generation, referrer relationships and brand presence.

About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Directors, this role sits at the centre of the firm's growth strategy. You'll be responsible for generating quality client enquiry, building and executing the firm's marketing plan, and developing strong, lasting referrer relationships. You'll work closely with the Directors and fee earners to lift the firm's profile, track performance, and report on results that matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive consistent growth in quality client enquiry against monthly lead targets
n
- Develop and implement the firm's Marketing Plan, presenting recommendations
n
- Build and manage implementation plans for approved strategic and marketing projects
n
- Establish and maintain a referrer database, growing active referral partners and tracking ROI
n




- Develop annual profile‐building plans for fee earners, covering networking, LinkedIn, articles, speaking and award opportunities
n
- Manage newsletters, website updates, blogs, Google reviews, campaigns and events
n
- Oversee outsourced marketing and digital providers, managing compliance, productivity and budget
n
- Prepare monthly reports covering enquiry numbers, campaign and digital ROI, risks, opportunities and recommended actions
n
- Manage all activity within the approved marketing budget

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in a Business Development or Marketing Manager role, ideally within professional services (law, accounting or similar)
n
- Confident presenting recommendations and reporting results to Directors or Partners
n
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing and business development strategy
n
- Robust track record managing referral networks and relationships
n
- Comfortable managing budgets, tracking ROI and reporting on performance
n
- Experience overseeing digital marketing, content and outsourced providers
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Highly organised, self‐motivated and comfortable working autonomously
n
