Key responsibilities

- Lead from the front to deliver high-quality customer service, engaging with members and ensuring every visitor has a great experience

- Mentor, support, and motivate on-shift staff to build a high-performing, upbeat, and inclusive team workplace
n
- Oversee gaming operations, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards, cash management, and licensing regulations
n
- Manage floor activities, venue safety, end-of-day reporting, and shift handovers

About you

- Proven background as a Duty Manager in a club, pub, or gaming environment
n
- Current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certification
n
- Relevant state gaming and RSA certifications
n
- Strong working knowledge of gaming regulations and floor operations
