Snowy River Caravans has become one of Australia's top-selling caravan brands, earning a reputation for quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. As our Toowoomba operation continues to grow, we're looking for motivated and reliable Caravan Technicians to join our team.

Whether you're an experienced caravan technician, a qualified tradesperson looking for a change, or someone with strong mechanical aptitude wanting to enter a growing industry, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Working from our brand-new purpose-built workshop, you'll be responsible for servicing, repairs, warranty work and upgrades across a range of caravans and motorhomes. You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Your day-to-day work may include:

- Caravan and motorhome servicing and maintenance
- Warranty and insurance repairs
- Accessory installation and upgrades
- 12V electrical work
- Solar, battery and inverter installations
- Water system and plumbing repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
- General workshop and quality control tasks

What We're Looking For

We are open to experienced caravan technicians as well as applicants from related industries including:

You will ideally have:





- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current driver's licence
- Australian work rights are essential for this position
