Brisk Transport is growing, and we're looking for an experienced MR Driver / Crew Leader to join our Melbourne removals team based in Clayton South.

n

This is an opportunity for an experienced removalist to take the next step, leading a 2–3 person crew and helping deliver a professional, safe and stress‐free moving experience for our customers.

About the Role

n

As an MR Driver / Crew Leader, you'll play an important role in leading your crew and ensuring every removal job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Your day will involve:

n

n
- Leading a 2–3 person removalist crew
n
- Driving manual MR removal vehicles
n
- Safely transporting customers' furniture and belongings
n
- Working with your crew to load and unload furniture and containers
n




- Safely securing and protecting furniture and household items
n
- Assisting with the protected movement and handling of furniture
n
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout every move
n
- Ensuring customers' belongings are handled with care and professionalism
n
- Minimising damage and claims through safe and professional moving practices
n
- Completing paperwork and job documentation accuratelyFollowing safe work practices and company procedures
n
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle
n
- Working longer days when required to complete jobs to a high standard
n
- Representing Brisk Transport professionally at all times
n

This is a hands‐on leadership role, so you'll be driving as well as working alongside your crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for an experienced removalist who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Current MR or above manual driver's licence
n
- Minimum 12 months' experience driving manual MR trucks
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the removals industry
n
- Previous experience working as part of a removalist crew, with the ability to confidently lead a 2–3 person team
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- A professional presentation and attitude
n
- The ability to safely lift and manoeuvre furniture and household items
n
- A strong understanding of safe furniture handling and removal practices
n
- A strong commitment to minimising damage and claims
n
- The ability to complete paperwork and job documentation accurately
n
- The ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
n
- Flexibility to work longer days when required
n
- Valid Australian work rights
n
