About the Role

n

This is a rare chance to step into a newly created General Manager position at a pivotal point in the business's growth.

n

You will take full operational leadership of the business, including production, supply, quality, R&D; and finance, through a phased handover over the first 12 months.

n

You will lead a major capital program, including current processing rooms, packing lines, a new warehouse, automation and a new ERP. You will represent the business with global partners and customers.

Duties

n

- Lead the site and the senior leadership team day to day
n
- Develop and drive a 3-5 year strategy and operating plan
n
- Align production, supply, quality, R&D; and finance functions
n
- Deliver capital projects, new equipment and ERP implementation
n




- Support the development of international growth, including Asia
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Senior GM or operations leadership in regulated manufacturing
n
- Strong grounding in GMP and therapeutic or high-end food settings
n
- Track record of leading and aligning multi-function teams
n
- Experience delivering capital projects, automation or ERP change
n
- Commercial acumen and comfort working with boards and investors
n
- Exposure to international markets is highly regarded
n
- MBA or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
n
- High EQ, curious and a strong listener who builds trust
