Kindred Early Education is seeking an early childhood educator to work with our experienced and stable team.

We can offer either a full time or part time role. We would also be able to offer a traineeship for the right applicant, as we have a large number of fully qualified, highly experienced staff available to provide training and mentorship.

Our studios run above ratio. Our service is a small independent family owned service, rated exceeding. The successful applicant will work with their co-educators in providing outstanding education and care to the children in our service. Applicants must be available 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday without limitations during those hours.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

n

n
- A Certificate III, Diploma or willingness to work towards a qualification
n
- A passion for working with children
n
- A commitment to child safety, to respecting and valuing children, to using culturally safe practices and to understand or be willing to learn about and support children's development needs
n
- The desire to work harmoniously as part of a collaborative team
n
- A friendly, positive and energetic disposition
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong computer and technology skills
n
- An interest and willingness to participate in excursions (these are run frequently on foot from our service to a variety of local community facilities)
n
