Klub Kallangur OSHC, operated by the Kallangur State School P&C;, is a vibrant and supportive outside school hours care service committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where children feel valued, confident, and connected.

We are currently seeking passionate Educators — including those working towards their qualification— to join our growing team in casual and part-time roles.

About the Role

n

As an OSHC Educator, you will:

n

n
- Build warm, positive relationships with children, families, and staff
n
- Support the daily running of before school, after school, and vacation care programs
n
- Engage children in play, learning, and wellbeing experiences
n
- Maintain active supervision and ensure ratios are met at all times
n
- Assist in planning, setting up, and facilitating engaging activities
n
- Follow behaviour support strategies and use trauma-informed approaches
n




- Model safe, inclusive, and respectful practices
n
- Uphold service policies and procedures, including Child Safe Standards
n
- Work collaboratively under the guidance of the Assistant Coordinatorand Coordinator
n

n

Qualifications & Requirements

n

Required before starting:

n

n
- Valid Blue Card (Paid Employee)
n
- First Aid
n
- CPR
n
- Asthma Management
n
- Anaphylaxis Management
n
- Gecko Training Completed
n
- CHCPRT025 (Identify children and young people at risk) completed.
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Certificate III / Diploma in OSHC, Early Childhood, Education, Youth Work, Community Services
n
- OR currently working towardsa recognised qualification
n
