As a Colour Consultant at SP Thorne Homes', you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through the exciting process of selecting the perfect colours and finishes for their current homes. This full-time position is based in our Gympie showroom, where you will work closely with our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Consult with customers to understand their style preferences and design goals

n

Provide expert advice on the latest colour trends, complementary palettes, and suitable options for their home

n

Assist customers in selecting paint colours, flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and other finishes

n

Coordinate with the design team to ensure all selections align with the overall project vision

n

Maintain detailed customer records and manage the colour selection process

n





Provide excellent customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for our clients

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience as a colour consultant, interior designer, or in a similar customer-facing role

n

Strong understanding of colour theory, design principles, and current trends in the home building industry

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

n

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

n

Passion for creating beautiful living spaces and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations

n

Familiarity with home building or construction industry is highly desirable
