Our design team leads with intention, bringing you considered collections that arrive with the season, but become a seasonless addition to your wardrobe.

n
Bring a builder's mindset to the team by identifying smarter, more scalable ways of working.
n
On your first day, we'd expect you to already have:
n
3+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
n
Strong ecommerce trade knowledge and an understanding of how onsite content, merchandising and promotions influence conversion and sales.
n
Confidence working with data and analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics and Excel to turn information into meaningful insights and decisions.
n
Hands–on experience using AI tools or automation platforms to solve practical business or operational challenges.
n
A genuine interest in process improvement and finding more productive ways to work.
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, high-quality onsite experiences.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-moving trade and marketing calendar.
n
