Homewell in Melbourne's North & West is expanding to Oak Park, seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist a NDIS participant with daily living and personal care in the participant's home.

You will provide companionship, trauma-informed communication, and support decision-making, with a focus on safety, respect and person-centered care; part time, casual options available.
