Job Description

I am recruiting for a hands-on plus strategic Bids & Tenders Manager to join an organisation based in Western Sydney. It has significant market presence across Government, commercial & retail property markets.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the process for bids/tenders, pricing and cost modelling.

What you will do

n

Responsibiltiy for end to end proposal submissions. Craft technical responses covering operational methodologies, fleet logistics, and advanced sustainability/circular economy initiatives.

Partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to build competitive pricing models that protect margins while ensuring high win rates.

n

Ensure every submission meets strict EPA regulations, WHS metrics, and ISO standards (9001/14001).

n

Oversee contractual rate review mechanisms,



annual price adjustments, and variation modeling across existing strategic accounts to protect revenue streams and support the businesse' 5 yr growth trajectory.

About you

n

n
- Bids & Tenders experience highlt desirable: owning the process riting and managing complex bids, RFTS and RFPs
n
- Pricing and cost modelling experience
n
- Industry experience in facilities, logistics, waste, resource recovery or commercial cleaning / property services highly regarded
n
- Pro-active approach with a can-do attitude
n
- Open to initially fully office based with potential for transition to hybrid later
