Our flagship boutique offers an exceptional collection of diamonds, coloured gemstones and bespoke, one-of-a-kind jewellery, supported by our highly skilled on-site Master Jeweller. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, memorable and luxurious experience for every client.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Westfield Chermside.

n

This is an exciting chance for someone who is passionate about fine jewellery and luxury retail, with a desire to express their creativity through helping clients design beautiful bespoke jewellery. An interest in social media, creating engaging posts or assisting with online enquiries would also be a wonderful advantage; however, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and exceptional customer service
n
- Assist clients in selecting fine jewellery to suit their individual style, occasion and budget
n
- Use creativity and design flair to assist clients in bringing their bespoke jewellery ideas to life
n
- Build genuine, long-lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
n
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
n
- Maintain excellent knowledge of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery collections
n
- Perform general administrative duties,



including emails, customer follow-ups and stock updates
n
- Contribute to in-store promotions, marketing campaigns and special events
n
- Maintain immaculate personal presentation and ensure the boutique is beautifully presented
n
- Work as part of a rotating seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- A minimum of two years' jewellery sales experience
n
- Proven sales ability and a genuine passion for fine jewellery
n
- A creative eye and a desire to assist with the design of bespoke jewellery
n
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
- Confidence in developing strong and lasting client relationships
n
- A positive attitude, maturity and immaculate personal presentation
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
n
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
n

- An interest in Instagram, Facebook and social media content creation
n
- Experience photographing jewellery or creating engaging posts
n
- Confidence responding to online customer enquiries
n
- Experience assisting with websites, online products or e-commerce
n
- A natural flair for styling, design or visual presentation
