Property Manager or Junior PM - St George

Manage a small portfolio with guidance from a hands on and experienced Head of Property Management.

n

This role suits an Assistant PM or Property Manager who wants to build their confidence and grow into a larger portfolio over time, backed by genuine mentoring and support.

n

You will manage a small portfolio to start, which will grow as your experience and confidence grows, with support from leasing and accounts along the way.

n

Monday to Friday

n

What You Will Be Doing;

n

- Managing and building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
n
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
- Conducting routine inspections
n
- Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
n




- Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when required
n
- Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering a high level of service.
n

What You Will Need

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence)
n
- Full Australian working rights

- Current driver's licence

- Previous experience in a Leasing, Assistant PM, Property Officer or PM role
