We have a varied position requiring experience in Accounts Payable/Finance and Insurance Business Sales. This is a full time role.

We require a person with exemplary attention to detail, a professionalwork ethic and highly developed time management skills to be able to deliver on deadlines. You willalso be able to utilise your finance and insurance knowledge, as well as your excellent customer service and sales skills, to provide our customers with the right marine finance and insurance products for their needs.

The Accounts Payable part of the position provides clerical, accounts-related and administrative support to the Administration Department and maintains all creditor accounts for the dealership. For Finance and Insurance Business Sales, previous experience whilst preferable, is not a requirement as full training will be provided.

We require from you

This role requires you to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
n
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products, in particular Excel
n
Experience ideally in the use of the Xero accounting program – preferred but not essential
n
Experience in the use of a POS system – preferred but not essential
n
Experience in an accounts environment
n
High attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organisational skills
n
Experience in the sale of finance and insurance products – preferable
n
Successful applicants will need to be fit and proper to represent credit providers as personal credit checks will apply
n
Solid computer and mathematical skills
n
High level of integrity and professional presentation
n
Experience in the automotive/marine industry is not essential, but would be an advantage
n
Experience in the banking industry is not essential, but would be considered favourably
n
Ability to work effectively autonomously and as a team
