Sales Assistant AMX Superstores is the leading retailer of motorcycle accessories in Australia and New Zealand. With 50+ superstores located across Australasia, and over 30,000 items available online, AMX is the one-stop-shop for all motorcycling needs We are looking for our next Sales Assistant. This position is most suitable for a motivated and committed Casual Sales Assistant who lives and breathes motorcycles to join our store. A passion for motorcycles and prior industry experience will be highly regarded, helping you deliver exceptional customer service and advice on parts and servicing solutions. Previous retail experience is required, with a robust focus on customer service and sales.

About the role:

- Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
n
- Contribute to the sales and KPI's of the store
n
- Be a team player
n
- Demonstrate enthusiasm & commitment to customer service excellence
n
- Provide superior, up-to-date information on products & services to customers
n
- Maintain shop presentation & ensure shelving is stocked
n
- Clean & maintain showroom standards
n
- Show commitment & reliability to shifts
n
- Have a passion/interest in motorcycles
n
- Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.

About you:

You love to keep active at work and can prioritise effectively. You're a motorcycle enthusiast with some existing retail work experience. You enjoy building meaningful relationships with customers and peers, and you consider yourself to be fun and enthusiastic. Availability across a 7-day roster is also an advantage.
