Working through our group of Registered Training Organisations (Practical Outcomes RTO#21857, Selmar Institute of Education RTO#121531 and ARC Training RTO#91007),FPEpartners with employers, providers and industry leaders to strengthen workforce capability across the care sectors through education, innovation and quality training solutions.

With a combined 64+ years of experience across our group, we offer nationally recognised training in early childhood education and care, aged care, disability support, and community services.

The Role:

n

As aClient Partnership Consultant, you'll be thedriving forcebehindbuildingandmaintainingclient relationshipsandkey strategic partnershipsto contribute tobusiness growth. The role is based withSelmar Institute of Education,with opportunities to collaborate and work across the broaderFPE group.

n

As part of our dedicated team ofClient Partnership Consultants, you'll support clients across theCampbelltown and Greater Sydney regions. If you enjoy getting outon the roadandconnectingwith people, this could bethe perfect fit!

n

With a strong focus on theEarly Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector,you'll work closely with early childhood centres to provide tailoredtraining solutionsthatsupportanddeveloptheirstaff.

n

This is a permanent, full-timehybrid rolethat will see you managing your own schedule, engaging with clients face-to-face, coordinating enrolments, nurturing existing client relationships and developing current business opportunities.

n

The successful candidate will hold acurrent driver's licence, have access to areliable vehicle,



and beprepared to travel across Greater Sydney and statewide as required.

- Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Drive to consistently achieve targets
n
- Willingness to learn
n
- Flexibility to travel anywhere within Greater Sydney as needed.

- The ability to build successful long term business relationships
n
- WWC Check
n
- Drivers Licence/Reliable vehicle
n




- Demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector
n
- Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
n
- Qualifications in Businessor Education Sector
n
