We have partnered with leaders in the residential and commercial air conditioning space,specialisingin installation, routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and delivering quality HVAC solutions to a wide range of clients.
n We are seeking an experiencedHVAC Technicianto join their established team, servicing clients across the Hills District and wider Sydney region.
n In this role, you will be a key representative of the business, delivering high-quality diagnostic services, efficient repairs of commercial equipment, professional installations, and ongoing maintenance while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair works across residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
n
- Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions for breakdown repairs and service requirements.
n
- Service, troubleshoot, and repaircommercial HVAC equipment and air conditioning systems.
n
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
n
- Carry out servicing and fault-finding onVRV/VRF systems and other commercial air conditioning equipment.
n
- Liaise professionally with clients,



providing technical advice and delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Maintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentation.
n
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
n

About You

n

n
- You hold aCertificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
n
- You hold a currentARCtickLicence.
n
- CurrentDriver'sLicenceessential(Manuallicencehighly regarded).
n
- Experience withcommercial project commissioning, system testing, and handover processesis highly regarded.
n
- Strong knowledge and experience withVRV/VRF systems.
n
- Proven experience servicing, fault finding, and repairingcommercial HVAC systems and equipment.
n
- Exposure tocommercial project commissioning, system testing, and handover processesis highly regarded.
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Customer-focused with a professional approach.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage daily service requirements.
