You will find a wide selection of curated homewares, gifts, women's clothing and jewellery. The shop also has an in-house café.

We are looking for an experienced barista, preferably with retail experience, to fill a part-time casual position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will have the ability to work seamlessly between the in-house café and on the shop floor. If you are a team player who loves people and creating a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities of the position:

- Barista duties including keeping the cafe work area clean and organised, wiping down tables, sanitising equipment, and disposing of waste properly
n
- Retail duties including assisting with unpacking and pricing deliveries and merchandising stock
n
- Proactively developing solid product knowledge to best assist customers and develop customer relationships
n
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a positive work environment and customer shopping experience
n
- Processing sales accurately and efficiently with EFTPOS terminals
n
- Keeping the store and cafe clean and well presented
n
n
About you
n
n
- At least 2 years' barista experience, with retail experience considered a plus
n
- Availability for work at least 2 days during the week plus Saturdays
n
- Reliable and trustworthy with a focus on excellent customer service
n
