Wollongong Private Hospital is seeking experienced General Service Officers to join our team on a casual basis.

n

About the Role

n

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-organised facilities while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to qualified service delivery.

n

Duties include:

n

- Perform daily cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialised spaces
n
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
n
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent facility standards
n
- Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or areas requiring attention to supervisory staff
n
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies and materials in designated storage areas
n
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while handling cleaning products and chemicals
n
- Respond to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned
n
- Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while representing the organization
n
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks
n




- Document cleaning activities and report completion of assigned duties
