Grand Motors Toyota is searching for an Assistant Parts Interpreter for their Southport dealership - Full time role, working Monday to Friday.

This position is vital rolein a fast-paced dealership environment- supporting technicians, keeping parts flowing, and helping deliver the level of service our customers expect.

n

What you'll be doing

- Interpret, quote,



source and order automotive parts accurately
n
- Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
n
- Track orders, ETA's and parts usage through dealership systems
n
- Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
n
- Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
n
- Provide solid internal customer service to the workshop and service department
n
- As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks
n
