What You'll Be Doing

- Managing inbound and outbound warehouse activities
- Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records within ERP systems
- Supporting customers and the sales team with inventory, order status and product enquiries
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock control activities
- Coordinating with logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth product flow
- Maintaining a protected,



organised and efficient warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in warehouse, customer service, logistics or inventory-focused roles
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A team-first attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
