What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with the maintenance and renovation of gardens, landscapes, and turf.
- Performing regular hands-on tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
- Developing skills in plant and lawn care, soil management, irrigation systems, and equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality services to our residential and commercial clients.
- Adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For

- Proven, solid experience in the garden maintenance or landscaping industry is required.




- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and protected chemical application.
- A reliable, self-motivated work ethic with excellent teamwork skills.
- Landscape construction experience is a strong bonus.
