Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS) – Frankston VIC is seeking a part-time Medical Reception and Administration Officer. You will be the first point of contact for headspace Frankston and Rosebud, handling calls, emails and in-person enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

The role supports appointment management, records, data entry and general admin for the leadership team and clinicians. Requires admin experience and robust MS Office skills.
