Casual Wait Staff – Experienced Fine Dining & Events

Navarra Venues is seeking experienced Casual Wait Staff to join our Front of House team across our premium venues.

This role is specifically for experienced waiters who are confident delivering professional, high-standard dinner service . This is not an entry-level hospitality position.



Applicants must have previous experience working as a waiter in fine dining, premium events, weddings, hotels or a similar high-end hospitality environment.

You will work across premium weddings, corporate events, gala dinners and private functions , providing exceptional service to our guests from arrival through to the completion of the event.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have previous professional experience as a waiter in fine dining, events, hotels or premium hospitality
- Be confident delivering formal dinner service, including table service, plate carrying, clearing and resetting tables
- Understand qualified service standards, table etiquette and guest expectations
- Be confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Be available to work evenings, weekends and peak event periods
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Have valid Australian working rights
- Be based in Sydney and able to travel to our venues as required

Depending on your location and availability, you may work across:

- Le Montage – Inner West
- Curzon Hall – North west Sydney
- Oatlands House – North west Sydney
- Conca Doro - South WestSydney

Please note: This position requires previous professional waiter experience. If you are new to hospitality, have limited waiting experience, or have not worked in formal dinner service, this role will not be suitable for you .
