3PL Warehouse Administrator - $40 per hour

Our client is an established fashion 3PL logistics company based in Padstow and is looking for an experienced 3PL Warehouse Administrator to join their team.

This role is ideal for a senior administrator with 3PL, warehouse, inventory management and customer service experience who is confident working autonomously and solving problems.

The Role

Manage customer enquiries primarily through email and Freshdesk .

Support day-to-day 3PL warehouse administration.

Monitor orders, inventory and deliveries.

Liaise with warehouse, transport and operations teams.

Resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues.

Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory information.

Assist with KPIs and service-level requirements.

Identify and resolve issues proactively.

About You





Previous 3PL warehouse administration experience .

Strong inventory management experience.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Confident with computers, email and Microsoft Excel .

Experience with Freshdesk and Tomax WMS highly regarded.

Positive, reliable and professional approach.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced person looking to develop into a broader Customer Service and Logistics role , with potential progression to $80K+ depending on experience and performance.
