The Opportunity

We're expanding our Rockhampton team and hiring Customer Care Agents to help us keep pace with high demand. In this rapid-paced, high-volume environment, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional service, and convert enquiries into bookings and long-term customers .

What You’ll Do

- Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into bookings and long-term customers

- Deliver expert advice and friendly service that builds trust and drives results

- Hit and exceed daily sales targets with confidence and consistency





- Log activities accurately in our CRM and track performance

- Support admin tasks while keeping your focus on conversion

- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, high-energy culture

- Represent Flick with professionalism, integrity, and care

What You Bring

- Excellent oral and written communication

- Sales-driven mindset with strong persuasion and rapport-building skills

- Tech-savvy and quick learner; comfortable with CRM systems

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

- Reliable attendance , strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre

- Prior call centre or sales experience preferred (not essential)
