Job Description

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be responsible for helping the practice run smoothly while providing friendly and professional service to our patients.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly first point of contact
n
- Managing patient appointments, bookings and enquiries
n
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
n
- Managing patient records and updating information
n
- Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
n
- Liaising with dentists, Dental Assistants and the wider practice team
n




- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
n
- Providing an exceptional patient experience at every interaction
n

Qualifications

- Has previous dental reception experience
n
- Has solid customer service and communication skills
n
- Is friendly, professional and approachable
n
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new technology
n
- Enjoys working as part of a team
n
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
n
- Is passionate about providing a great experience for patients
