Wilson Security is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Patrol Services at our National Operations Centre, Essendon Fields, Melbourne. You will lead the shift, dispatch mobile patrol officers to alarm activations and emergencies, and act as the escalation point for on-shift incidents.

The role requires previous control room or high-volume operations centre experience, decisive leadership under pressure, and a commitment to a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights.
