Panthers Penrith is seeking an energetic and enthusiasticcustomer service professional to join their busy Aqua GolfTeam.

About the Role ...

We are currently seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual tojoin our team on a part time basis. Committed to provingexceptional customer service, you will have the ability to workefficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the varioustasks at Aqua Golf. You will take pride in your appearance and yourworkplace and will demonstrate exceptional communication skills toour guests.

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include,however are not limited to:

n

n
- Providing high levels of customer service to our members andguests;
n
- Ball sales Cash handling duties and
n
- Collection of balls including driving of ball collectionboat;
n
- General cleaning duties as required and;
n

n

This is a physical job, including being on your feet,moving bins & equipment and driving the ball collection boat.

About you ...

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic,



a commitment tocustomer service and the ability to work in a team as well asautonomously. You are required to be adaptable and reliable as youwill need to be available 24/7 to work as required includingnights, weekends and public holidays.

To be successful in this role, you will possess thefollowing attributes:

n

- A proven track record for providing exceptional customerservice;
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
n
- High standard of personal grooming;
n
- A history of accurate cash handling is essential;
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solveand;
n
- Basic mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
