We're looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join a leading premium travel business and create extraordinary, tailor‐made Australian holidays for international travellers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Australian Inbound Travel Specialist who knows the country beyond the obvious, understands what makes a truly exceptional experience and loves turning client dreams into beautifully crafted itineraries.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll design and sell high‐end, tailor‐made Australian holidays, working closely with international travel agents and clients to create memorable experiences from the initial enquiry right through to travel.

n

Your day will include:

n

n
- Designing bespoke Australian itineraries around each client's interests, preferences and travel style
n
- Using your extensive knowledge of Australian destinations, regions and unique experiences to create inspiring itineraries
n
- Working with international travel agents and clients to understand their requirements and bring their ideas to life
n
- Preparing detailed quotes, converting enquiries into bookings and identifying opportunities to upsell
n
- Selecting premium accommodation, experiences, tours, transfers and other travel services
n
- Managing enquiries via phone and e‐mail while delivering a highly personalised level of service
n
- Building strong relationships with Australian suppliers and travel partners
n
- Managing itineraries from enquiry through to travel and monitoring arrangements while clients are in Australia
n
- Staying across current destinations, luxury properties,



experiences and travel products
n
- Sharing destination knowledge, market insights and client feedback with the wider team
n
- Participating in an after‐hours/on‐call roster as required
n
- Maintaining accurate client and booking information across travel systems
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who genuinely knows Australia and knows how to sell it.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:

n

n
- Previous Australian inbound travel consulting experience, designing and selling Australian holidays to international clients
n
- Exceptional Australian destination knowledge, including regions, hidden gems, luxury properties and unique experiences
n
- Extensive personal travel experience throughout Australia
n
- Experience in luxury, premium or tailor‐made travel
n
- A strong sales mindset combined with outstanding customer service
n
- Creativity and the ability to design highly personalised itineraries
n
- Experience working within a B2B2C environment and with international travel agents
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and a proactive, can‐do approach
n
- A genuine passion for Australia and creating unforgettable travel experiences
n
