Executive Assistant to Director | Inner City

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an accomplished Executive Assistant to work alongside a highly regarded Director within one of Sydney's leading premium property groups.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. Working closely with an incredibly successful yet down-to‐earth Director, you will become a trusted right hand — managing competing priorities, keeping the day running seamlessly and providing sophisticated support across business, property and occasional personal matters.

The Role
n
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Director while working closely with a team of agents and key stakeholders.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing a complex calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
n
- Coordinating internal and external meetings with clients, agents, investors and key stakeholders
n
- Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and correspondence
n
- Managing communications and ensuring actions are followed through
n
- Handling confidential and sensitive business matters with complete discretion
n
- Coordinating property documentation, contracts and due diligence processes
n
- Tracking transactions, deadlines and key property projects
n
- Liaising with senior executives, clients, consultants and property professionals
n
- Providing support across business and occasional personal administration
n
- Anticipating upcoming requirements and proactively managing priorities
n
- Ensuring the Director and wider team remain organised, prepared and one step ahead
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within real estate, property or a corporate environment
n
- Exceptional organisation and diary management skills
n
- Strong written and verbal communication
n
- Ability to confidently manage multiple competing priorities
n
- Proactive, switched-on and solutions focused
n
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-level clientele
n
- High level of discretion and professionalism
n
- Current Certificate of Registration
n
- Reliable car and driver's licence
n
n
