n Your role will include:

- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
n
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
n
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
n
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
n
- Convene and conduct meetings -Via Zoom & in person
n
- No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
n
- Portfolio of 58 Buildings
n
- Lots apx 585
n
- Mostly located in Eastern Suburbs / inner west
n
- Mostly blocks of 6 to 18
n
- Mostly residential, 1 Mixed use and 1 Factory complex
n

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

n

- Is someone with good employment record and tenure in employment periods.
n
- Someone who is seeking longer term employment and willing to grow the portfolio with appropriate growth in Salary accordingly
n
- Big Sch B's commissions on offer
n
- Salary pending experience but happy to look at all
n
- Car space, Phone & computer is provided on top
n
- 3 days a week WFH - if you want to!
