Job Description

The Mind Room in Melbourne is seeking a Clinic Lead – People & Practice to join our team. You'll be a strong community and culture leader, supporting Clinical Partners to grow their own services while contributing to a team-oriented practice.

The role combines clinical work with leadership and relationship-building within a thriving mental health community. Based in Collingwood, the position is available as part-time (4 days) or full-time (5 days).
