We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic FieldAssistant to join our Exploration team and supportdrilling, sampling and field operations across our explorationprojects in Western Australia. This role operates on a 2week on, 2 week off (2:2) FIFO roster and offers theopportunity to work closely with our geologists and contribute tothe day-to-day exploration activities.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct RC and Aircore drillhole sampling in accordancewith established QA/QC procedures.
n
- Prepare, organise and dispatch samples to external assaylaboratories.
n
- Assist with diamond core processing, including orientation,mark-up, cutting and sampling.
n
- Prepare drill sites, including drill hole mark-outs andcoordinating earthworks activities.
n
- Support environmental rehabilitation programs, includingcollar cutting and contractor supervision.
n
- Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety andenvironmental standards,



actively participating in safetymeetings and initiatives.
n
- Assist geologists with field logistics, equipmentmanagement and general exploration activities.
n
- Accurately record and maintain exploration data and fieldrecords.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- Previous experience in a field-based, exploration, miningor drilling support role.
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work in remoteenvironments.
n
- A proactive approach to safety and the ability to followestablished procedures.
n
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work effectively both independently and aspart of a team.
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual fieldtasks in varying weather conditions.
n
- A current C-Class Driver's Licence (Manual licence highlyregarded).
n
- A Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
n
