We are seeking reliable chefs and kitchen hands to join our casual stadium culinary teamat McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle
n
This role involves working across a wide variety of events, from corporate functions to large-scale stadium and hospitality events. You'll be part of a fast-paced kitchen workplace supporting the delivery of high-quality food service at events of all sizes.
n
This is event-based casual work, meaning shifts are scheduled around specific events. Hours may vary depending on event schedules, including early starts, late finishes and weekends.

About the Roles
n
Assisting chefs with food preparation
n
Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
n
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
n
Event Chefs
n
Preparing and cooking food for events
n
Working across various service styles (plated, buffet, corporate and large-scale service)
n
Maintaining quality, presentation and consistency
n
Supporting kitchen operations in high-volume environments
n
What We're Looking For
n
Reliable, punctual and hardworking team members
n
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy event environment
n
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
n
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage, but not essential for Kitchen Hands
n
A Cert III or higher Culinary Qualification is required for Chef roles.
n
A valid Food Safety Certificate is required for both roles.
