Entry-Level Artwork Installation Assistant – Full Training Provided

The Art of Hanging is one of Brisbane's leading artwork installation and fine-art logistics businesses. We are looking for a reliable, practical person to join our experienced team in an entry-level, full-time position. No artwork installation experience is required. We will provide full on-the-job training for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn practical skills and build a long-term career.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting our experienced installers
n
- Installing artwork, mirrors and picture-hanging systems
n
- Measuring, drilling and safely using hand tools
n
- Carefully handling, wrapping, loading and transporting artwork
n
- Working in private homes, businesses, hotels, galleries and construction sites
n
- Driving company vans
n




- Keeping vehicles, equipment and work areas clean and organised
n

About you

n

n
- A current Australian driver licence and a secure driving record
n
- Reliability and excellent punctuality
n
- A practical attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Good basic measuring and maths skills
n
- Confidence using, or learning to use, hand tools
n
- Good communication and customer-service skills
n
- Professional presentation and respect for clients' homes
n
- The physical ability to safely lift and handle artwork and mirrors as part of a two-person team
n
- The ability to obtain a White Card and police check when required
n
