CMBM Facility Services is a well-established, Queensland-owned company experiencing strong growth across the state. We provide high-quality commercial cleaning and facility services to a diverse range of clients.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Working Supervisor to oversee our Hyne Timber Tuan Mill site.

This is a hands-on cleaning and operations role , combining commercial cleaning, team leadership, client communication and day-to-day site coordination.

Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties as part of daily site operations

Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits to maintain quality standards

Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and engagement

Supervise, train and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery

Manage site rostering and assist with staff scheduling and coverage

Monitor stock and consumables, including ordering and maintaining site supplies

Assist with administrative duties, including timesheets, payroll sign-off and reporting

Respond promptly to client requests, feedback and operational issues

Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are followed

Employment Type: Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

About You

- Previous commercial cleaning experience – essential

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience

- Strong communication and client engagement skills

- The ability to work hands-on while supervising and supporting a team

- Experience with rostering, team coordination and site operations

- Solid organisational and time management skills

- A reliable and professional approach to work

- A positive attitude and willingness to support and assist others

- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email, Excel, reporting systems and mobile applications

- A current Australian manual driver’s licence – essential, as the successful applicant will be required to drive a site vehicle
