As we continue to invest in our marketing capability, we're looking for a Marketing Operations & Creative Manager to support the delivery of campaigns and creative initiatives across the business.

n

This role is ideal for someone who has come from a graphic design, studio management, creative services or marketing coordination background and enjoys balancing organisation, creativity and problem-solving.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Coordinating marketing projects and campaign delivery
n
- Managing workflows, timelines and priorities
n
- Providing creative feedback and quality control
n
- Mentoring and supporting our Graphic Designer
n
- Coordinating events, trade shows and activations
n
- Managing suppliers, printers and production partners
n
- Supporting the implementation of marketing processes and systems
n
- Providing hands-on creative support when required
n

About You

n

You may currently be a:

- Creative Services Manager
n
- Traffic Manager

- Senior Designer looking to broaden your responsibilities
n
- Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive with strong creative capability
n

You'll be highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a solid eye for detail and design quality.
