The role

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical coordination of construction activities, ensuring seamless integration between design, services, and delivery teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving program, quality, and compliance outcomes on site.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Coordinate design, engineering, and construction activities to ensure buildability and project delivery
n
- Drive program outcomes through planning, forecasting, and progress monitoring
n
- Manage design changes while maintaining cost and budget control
n
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
n
- Ensure works meet quality standards and compliance requirements
n
- Support procurement processes, including subcontract package preparation
n
- Contribute to site safety planning and uphold OH&S; standards
n
- Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
n

Key Skills & Experience

n

n
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or similar
n
- Proven experience in a Project Engineer role within commercial construction or residential construction in Australia in the Tier 1 or 2 space
n




- Strong understanding of construction methodology, design coordination, and project delivery
n
- Sound commercial and financial acumen
n
- Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and regulatory requirements
n
- Experience across procurement, tendering, and subcontract management
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively
n
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills
n
